I think it is the epilogue.

Its like a summary of the main book

Do you mean the index ?? in my day it was aways at the back
!! however, we do have a preface now...which, in my opinion,
tells you the story before you start.. its a strange modern
world for a 65 year old, who's just got the hang of a computer!!
