Catsup is slang for cat supper. I do not put my cat's supper on my mashed potatoes. I like gravy on my mashed potatoes. Thanksgiving is coming up so I think I will make some mashed potatoes and gravy to go with my turkey.

I don't know anybody who puts catsup on their mashed potatoes...lol. Sounds nasty, but I haven't tried it...so...

I'm Canadian and I personally do not like ketchup on my mashed potatoes. Potatoes cooked with garlic then mashed with sour cream, now were talkin gooood.

Some people like to say ketchup. People put this stuff on anything. Former Pres Nixon was known to like it on a bowl of cottage cheese. Leave Canadians alone.

I personally do not know anyone who has done this *gag*! Everyone I know, puts gravy on their mashed potatoes! You should try it...it's yummy!!

I have heard that they prefer to put catnip on their mashers. My source told me that it makes them frisky and that they run in circles chasing tail.
