when i try to go to connect with launchcast.com, it just gives me a messege.?

It always says something about disabling pop up blockers.
I have tryed every way to disable every pop up blocker that I can imagine. But it still says the same thing. I even went into Internet Explorer. I tryed all possible ways. Maybe there is something i'm missing.?
