This task is done by a machine, the bag of bread while conveying down a conveyor belt, the open end of the bag enters an opening of the machine where a line from a real of plastic covered metal line twists around the bag and then is sniped of to lenght.
OK this is a lie.
The truth is Little blue men (not ladies) put the twisties on the bread bag, the ladies work in the bread clip division.

i work for a well known company and we make all their bakery products they have these little machines that you slide the bag through it kind of like an electric stapler and it puts the twistie thing on all bread and burgers etc .

Well I mean I do, and that's stupid who ever said illegal mexican workers. Machines sometimes do it, or some people do it manually, keeps the bread fresh...I can't beleive I answered this but yea there you go lol.Holla ~1~
