He started the game with I can't help it I am an alcoholic. Then he seconds with the Catholic angle. Third he was abused. Whoa I feel realllllllllll bad for him. IN fact let him and all the preists off. They couldn't help it

I don't think that he was using the excuse of being Catholic. I think he was using the excuse of being abused as a child.
And he is an adult and responsible for his actions.

I didn't know he was using that excuse but i'm sure the catholic church is outraged they would never support such an accusation they would have quitly transferred foley years ago if this was the case.

I am not Catholic, but seeing as how Catholic priests tend to be pedophiles themselves, I think they'd accept him with open arms.
