Listen. people in the USA, have it EXACTLY like they want it. The middle class does not want anyone that will actually do anything for them. If they did or if it were not exactly how people in the USA want it, they would vote the retardlicans out of office and change things. BUT as you see, they do not. they keep electing the same people year after year. SO quit whinning.

It's world wide! our back benches just received an increase of 8% in their "tax" paid super contributions (they now get 15%) while middle class Australians sit on a tiny 7.8% contribution..............its just the way it is, the little government piggy's get richer and richer while hard working citizens go backwards.

same goes for the rich in society, in most countries 20% of the population hold all of the wealth and receive many tax breaks while middle class are hammered with tax bills to pay for roads, feed the governments, pay for social security for the unemployed, free medical for the unemployed, discount housing for the unemployed etc etc...........unfortunately being middle class is the most expensive position to be in.

If you work, you should know that the Bush & the Republican Congress cut your taxes. It sure helped everyone I know. Of course, I just know working people.

I'm not for Congress getting a pay raise. I can't remember how many years it's been. I will guarentee you, if the Democrats take over Congress, within two years they will vote themselves a Big Pay Raise. Democrats always do.

Congress gets an automatic pay raise unless they vote NOT to take it.

Tax cuts DID help pretty much everybody-- that's about the only thing that has helped the middle class.

Raising the minimum wage causes small and medium sized business owners to cut jobs. Their shouldn't be a minimum wage - the market should set the correct wage for a job.
