I was on the pill for about a year and recently decided to go off it. I got my period in August but nothing in September. I had a few days of spotting then it stopped and came back today. I did sleep with my bf after my last period but it was like 3 or 4 days after, women dont usually ovulate then right?
Could I be pregnant or its just cause of the pills?

Am I pregnant too? I understand what your going through. I have to wait until Friday to see the dr. Don't waste your time with the over the counter tests. Mine left me with a "maybe." lol. Literally. It had a negative sign, with the faint line of what could be a positive sing through it. Oh well Friday can't come soon enough

good luck

I am not sure if this will help, but.... I got off birth control in Feb. and my periods were about 35 day cycles. The last period I had was Aug 18th and I still have nothing, 3 tests all negative. I think that our bodies still might be adjusting to the change in the hormones. Also about ovulation, every woman is different. you could ovulate at anytime, depending on your luteal phase and all that mess. Just take a test or see the doctor, that's what I am going to do.... sorry if that didn't help much but maybe support is the best Good Luck

you could be pregnant for sure. it depends on how your period came back among other things. did it come back heavy or just more spotting? cause when I was pregnant with my first, I had no clue I was pregnant for the first two months cause I thought I just had a light period. I had just gone off the pill too. I had enough spotting that I thought it was a light period, but it wasn't, I was pregnant. best to take a test to be sure. ept is pretty much always accurate. I've had three kids and you can always believe an ept test. good luck.

It will take several months to get back to normal because of all the hormone changes. That happened to me awhile ago. I would just wait until next month and see if your period comes. And no ovulation is not 3 to 4 days after your period . As to whether you are pregnant or not you have to ask yourself if you feel different, cause you didn't mention anything different. I would just wait, this happens all the time.
wish you the best!

Get a pregnancy test just to make certain. You can get pregnant any time of the month and from just one exposure. Granted, you usually don't get pregnant until the middle of the month when an ovum is released, but after going off the pill, you're body has to readjust to the concept of its own cycle again. Things can be whacky for up to 6 months.

It could be the pills that jacked up your period, it could be stress that jacked up your period but worse case scenario it could be that you are pregnant. I would say to home test but those aren't always 100% so my biggest suggestion is to talk to a doctor and see what they have to say. They can run other tests besides pregnancy to make sure of everything. But there is a definite possibility of you being pregnant so don't rule that out just yet.

You could be pregnant. I ran out of pills the week of my period. I got pregnant 3 days later. Take a test just to be sure. If you are pregnant you want to start prenatal vitamins asap!

It could be just the "pill" that has your cycle all messed up. But, the only way to be sure if you are pregnant or not is to take an EPT or go see a Dr.

Your period can come and go when it pleases so don't worry ok if you think that you are and it si still mest up or you miss it for a few weeks at a time then I would take a test to find out .

More than likely just the pills...highly unlikely you got pregnant when you slept with your boyfriend. Do you want to get pregnant? If so PLEASE leave at least 6 months for the birth control pill to be totally out of your system.
