In all seriousness, I always feel it ends faster when I have done a good, long run...maybe it's just psychological, or maybe all that bouncing up and down sheds it faster? I feel silly for answering this, but I truely feel this way.

you can always cut your period short by squeezing the juice out of a couple of lemons and drinking it. I think it's because of the acid or something. Just don't do it too often cause you have to let your body run it's course.
