bar hop!! usually on your 21st birthday your first drink is free. I spent mine hopping from bar to bar. I had a great time, I spend NO money and I got hammered!!! Yay!! too bad I'll never have another birthday like that!!

gather all your close friends and have them dress up and go out for a fancy dinner then if your into clubs go to one afterwards......drinking is the most common answer but if your from canada/toronto the legal drinking age is 19 so i doubt you've waited two years.......goodluck
