I have been using this pump for about 2 months now & the white bulb on the motor used to go in & out at the same time but now the right side will go then the left side of the bulb. I am wondering if anyone else has encountered this & what did you do to fix it?

It sounds like the vacuum on one side isn't working right. Check for a kink first then check for a hole in the lines. If you've only had it 2 mo you should still be able to return it if it is defective.

We're going to check in with the company. There has got to be some kind of warranty on those as expensive as they are.

go read the reviews at http://www.target.com and you'll see someone who wrote about that. the company had great customer service and sent a replacement part, i believe. that one's all packed up in my hospital bag waitin for the baby!!

it sounds like a vacuum problem with one of the heads. are you renting, or did you buy? if renting, then just exchange it at the hospital. if you bought, you should be able to exchange it with a new one.
