All of them because it riles me that the volume goes up. So grateful for that Mute button. Especially annoyed by the ones that shout at you...like they need to be any louder.

I have been known to un-mute when some adverts appear mainly funny ones. Like the Rolo one with the elephant that remembers the guy as a little boy but that's going back a bit now!! Told you its been a while since I heard any.

Where do I start! Well lately it is Burlington Coat Factory the one that says "take it back Sofia" she says no. My question is that the commerical is about returning something if it isn't right but they gaurentee that you will get exactelly what you want and woun't have to return anything so why have the commercial in the first place.
ANother commercial is the Identify thefts ones were the do the voiceovers of people mouthing the words. I hate those! They can be scarry thinking the person actually talks like that or sings so bad (you know the ones I am refering to right?)
Any 'errois' cereal commerical ( you know the ones that say tast great and good for your heart etc. Ugh they taste terrible.
THose stupid BK (Burger Stink) commericals with the person waking up wiht the king in the bed next to him. I mean talk about nightmare come true! I mean in my oponion the fod tastes and smells horrible.
The Herpies ones were they are talking about having 'fun' and being 'normal' etc. I am all for people getting on with their lives but something about this commercial makes me cringe every time I see it.
There are probably loads of others and I would run out of space. Needless to say I try to avoid the ones that bother me by changing channels quickly! Unfortunately we will always have commercials out there that will bug us at one time or another. I guess the trick is to accept them (because we have no choice) and in my case keep fresh batteries in my remote just in case.

The Clover advert makes me cry, not with happiness but with sheer annoyance that such an annoying advert exists. The song is sappy, nauseating mush and the actual advert is just odd seeing people bawl over some butter.

I also hate the Frosties advert where that brat is singing. He's the kind of kid that makes you realise why some folk like the idea of locking all children up until they turn eighteen!

Sheila's Wheel,
Pick me up magazine,
Frosties,
Cilit bang,
Clover,
Cheese strings,
Esure,

Always a good idea to put the kettle on when any of these are on the television.

The Geico commercial with Verne Troyer. Just irritates me. I miss the British lizard.

I mute and ignore any ads that do not feature kitty cats. If there are cats, I'll watch on purpose. If there are dogs, infants, bank loan officers or children with food on their faces, I write nasty emails to the companies they represent.

Head on.....Applied directly to the forehead.

I'd prefer:

Icepick.....Applied directly to the forehead.

Any ad that has rap noise, like Ford or McDonald's. I've sent both many nasty letters. I live in a rap free environment, and piping that poison into my living room INFURIATES ME!!!

I listen to NPR on the radio so that I don't have to listen to radio ads.

Advertising is pollution.

Almost every one! The only ones that don't are the ones with decent music. However, this has a downside. Everytime you hear that music again you think of the product. Clever advertising or b'stard marketers. You can't win.
