About 45,000 civilians have died since Bush went after Saddam's WMD. More than 10 times as many innocents as were killed on 9/11. Saddam killed an estimated 300,000 people. Iraqi Freedom has led to a figure nearly 1/6th of that in under 4 years. Things are getting worse for the women and kids there. Forgetting that Iraq may now be a cause celebre for evil, will Iraqi Freedom's toll reach 300,000 -- how can it be reversed?

do u think this war for iraqi people ?
that is for media but there is offcourse hide objectives all know it
1) controling the source of oil which represent the main source of any economy
2 ) destroy any new power appear in the area

if america care for innocent people who have been killed so
why america divided iraqi people into many groups instead of united them
because if they got united it will be hard to america to defead them
they divided them to make them fight each other and left america enjoy its new life in iraq

It cannot be reversed. What you are not being told is that so called Sunni Friends of America are helping the Iraqi insurgency under the table. They are dead set against any Shite led Government in a Arab country. At this time Jordan and Saudi Arabia are the main backers. In short this War cannot be won.Even the hope of setting permanent Bases will be futile. The longer you stay more people you loose [About 1000/year]Best way for United States is bring back Saddam Hussein make with him the deal you want, and he will allow you what ever you want to do.

I really don't understand why the UN has power over the weak countries but no power over the strong countries like USA. Even though, many countries disagree for the Irag wars but nothing can stop the invasion. I feel sorry for the deaths but I feel 100 times more sorry for the people that are still living there. For example, those wounded or suffering people(no arms or legs etc...), especially children, they don't deserve this. Sometimes war is really ridiculus, if two governments dislike each other, why don't they bring it onto the stage and fight each other to death lol, It is none of their citizen's bussiness right, they have nothing to do with their politic dilemma or arguement. (Well when the needle hasn't poked on your body then you are not gona feel the pain) Sometimes life is pretty unfair because those high class people are always the last to suffer ^_^ Will the deaths reach 300,000 people, I will say no because we still have the UN to prevent this number from occuring ^_^

According to some figures Bush has Surpassed Saddam in killing non uniformed citizens.

Granted it is arguable that those killed by insurgents should not count in the total.

The DOD web site has a very interesting way of totaling the body count. If you add up all certified dead since the Bush attack. It is more than Saddams after he took office in 1979.

Has the Islamic upward thrust in militancy and anti-American sentiment raised considering we took out between the only SECULAR regimes (Saddam's) in present day center jap historic past? Have the countries around Iraq unduly stimulated Iraqi violence considering there is not any unquestionably style of government there? Have the single million,000,000 lifeless Iraqis inclusive of 500,000 toddlers surpass Bush's dying toll? particular.

Saddam killed an estimated 4 million Kurds. I take you you don't think they were innocent civilians. It can not be reversed. Once a person is dead they remain so in this world.

What an absolutely stupid question...

Freedom has a cost, it always has. In case you didn't notice, more Iraqis are dying than American Marines and Soliders. The 45,000 number is crap by the way, I'd LOVE to see your source. Things will eventually get better in iraq, but it's on them to solve the problems and unify themselves. We can't force them.

When Iraqis control all of their country, provide their own security, and we can safely come home, I'll be happy. Until then, yes it's worth the cost. Stability and democracy are worth the price of the blood spilled to preserve and protect them. Fortunately, our grandfathers understood this and fought in Europe 62 years ago. Many died. But to a man, the Europeans say it was worth it.

That you are unable to understand this, saddens me beyond belief.
