i could definatly see someone with mars in saggitarius stepping over boundrys and picking on people unintentionally. and mars in scorpio bullying people.
libra is a more peace loving sign i see it doing more of the opposite effect of bullying and picking on people. i see them more enforcing fairness and justice.

no that's not true..only people that are insecure and that can't seem to get passed that immature state do that...i personally think that the birth chart can't show things like that...this is something that has to do with bot being able to grow up..as a matter of fact Mars in Libra people are very confident. these people you are talking about just have to become more mature and start loving who they really are and they ll stop bulling other people and show their true Mars in Libra personalities....when we are insecure and pick on people, we just hate ourselves and try to hide who we really are by doing it...so this is not something you would look for in a birth chart

You are wrong about this. I have Mars in Libra, and I am even-tempered and amiable. I beat anyone who bullies me. My book on Astrology says I'm typical. Where did you get such a notion, and how do you know who has Mars in Libra? It takes a competent astrologer to determine the positions of the planets.
