If you don't know how to change the cases, then don't do it. Bring it to a shop. It's very involved, you'll need a shop manual to determine what crank bearings to use. There are #s stamped on the new crankcase and on your crankshaft. No mechanic in the world would know how to match those #s to the correct crank bearings without a manual.
Here's the short answer -
Remove:
Engine from frame
Cam chain tensioner
Cam shafts
Cylinder head
Cylinders
Flywheel - special tool required
Stator
Clutch
Shift linkage
Oil pan
Water pump
Oil pump
Starter motor
Transmission
Shift forks
Shift drum
Crankshaft
Now put it back together. Not a job for a beginner.

If you're not an experienced mechanic, there is no way you should be doing this job. From the fact that you're asking how to do this on the web, I'm guessing that you're not an experienced mechanic.

Please don't take this as a putdown, but you're far more likely to do even more irreversible harm to your bike if you try to do this without the proper knowledge, experience, and/or tools. Get an estimate from a reputable bike shop, compare it with the actual value of the bike, and decide from there whether it's worth it to sink thousands of dollars worth of parts and labor into resurrecting this bike.

On the other hand, you may be able to find a wrecked bike with a good engine to replace yours.
