This is just a very old myth. I wouldn't concern over it too much. Some people think it's more comfortable to wear a bra to bed and others think it's not. It's totally a personal opinion, but I promise you it won't stop them from growing. : )

Don't wear a bra to sleep..
Let your body / skin get full blood circulation during the night...
It will not decrease your breast size though...
You husband / bf will probably also prefer you bra less at night...

No but if your bra is to tight it can cause a rash or skin irritation. If you want to wear a bra to bed make sure it is cotton and does not have an underwire.

no it does not decrease your breast size. Nothing but surgery or if you are overweight and loose weight will reduce their size. Some people just like the support they get when they wear them to bed, and to some people it's more comfortable.

I don't believe they do. I believe such 'critical' information would be more commonly known. We women always share tips with one another. This definitely would be one of them.

P.S To the lady who asked "why is this in woman's studies?" Why wouldn't it be? How can anyone argue that breasts and bras are not related to women?

No, it doesn't make a difference what you wear to sleep. it won't change anything about how you grow. the only thing that will change ur cup besides genetics is weight and muscle formation.

No.
If they are large, that can make i more comfortable, but it will not restrict them.
Not much will, except your body weight.
Boobs are awesome, relax:)
