The best performance enhancement you can get is a driving class. Not a dirvers-ed class to get a license, but a performace class where you learn to handle your car.

If you don't take a class, try slowing down more before turns and accellerate out of them, especially on wet pavement or gravel.

Also, buy wider rear tires with an appropriately low profile. Make sure your treads are good and your air pressure is correct. Have your suspension checked out and replace nay worn or damaged parts.

put in a roll cage

the newer mustangs are too light. my dad had to carry sandbags in his 90 5.0 cuz ford took out so much of the weight. a roll cage is just the thing to add a couple hundred pounds.

really you just need some practice and to learn how to counter steer-just get on it a little bit at a time untill ya learn how to control it-after some practice youll learn to kick it sideways and stay in control-if its got a posi and has some nuts theres no way to keep it from kicking the rear end sideways unless you just dont get into your pedal-so practice up or just dont run the piss out of it -thats about it-hope this helps

Drive normal. Hard acceleration will cause the fishtailing, wide low profile tires will increase this condition even more, especially on wet pavement.
