Whilst she does not have a degree she is incredably bright and has fantastic a level results - she is now looking for a full time career as opposed to more temp work.

It really depends on what field interests her. judging by what your saying...if she is keen on a career path she should be able to get whatever she wants. As the vital key to success is to be open minded and have a keen, positive can do attitude and she will excel to lentghs she did not realise she is capable off. going to work should be fun as if you don't enjoy it then you will not get job satisfaction and then it will be a fruitless process.

I did not have any formal qualifications but I managed to get myself a position in an elite status health club as a Front of House Manager and now with the experience off management behind me, I m now being offered a job which pays me twice off what I am currently earning for a Residential Property Management position.

I absolutely love my job as it does not feel like I am going to work and time just flies by and the best off it is my networking has expanded to great heights.

Also if she does well they will be supportive and will go to any lentghs not to lose her as my company was very supportive whilst i decided to go back into studying and allowed me too alter my working pattern. Which has given me the opportunity to open a new door for this other exciting job which I now have lined up.

So once you get the experience off something you just look for new opportunities and if she is shining and striving hard this will be noticed instantly and more new doors will continue to open.

she needs to get a degree. If she is bright she can do that and then she can have any job she wants. Tell her to get a temp job in the feild she enjoys, then go to school for it and work there on the side. She NEEDS a degree to get a career unless she is openning her own business. Even then clients look for credentials.
