Well, it all depends.
First of all, is the silk screen paint acrylic or oil based?
Second, silk screen ink is normally fixed into the fabric by being exposed to heat. If this is the case, then it cannot be removed, or without damaging the fabric so much that the work coat would become unusable.
The same way, acrylics set after about 20 to 25 minutes. After that, it is practically impossible to remove completely.
If the paint is oil based and the coat has just been printed on, you may try to place several layers of paper towel under the area to be cleared and then soak it with rubbing alcohol. Remove the paint with a clean piece of cotton by rubbing in circular motions.
Once again, this may not remove the paint completely, but it's pretty much your only hope....
Screen printing inks were developed precisely because they cannot be removed.

Soak it first in chilly water. Then use settle on Stain Stick or Shout or Spray'n'Wash on the stain. enable it sit down for form of 10 minutes. Use a chilly water device wash. Not to my knowledge, the paint is heat treated into the fabric.
