It's been said that living well is the best revenge. Show him how much fun you can have without him by going out with other guys and having a good time. Don't give him the satisfaction of sitting at home sulking and planning revenge.

If he broke up with you, there must be something there that just isn't clicking. There may be some things about you that he dislikes, and YOU should never change yourself for anybody...My best suggestion would be go out and find somebody that cares and loves you for who YOU are. DON't change!!!!!

You don`t want them back .They treated you like a jerk and broke up with you .
Don`t let them have a second chance to make you a fool.

I guess it depends on why the person broke up with you. If you really did care for them, explain to that person how you felt and how sorry you were (if you were the reason the break up occurred).
