After your divorce is final, you are no longer married to anyone, therefore, you can get married again (as long as he is not already married). Due to the Full Faith & Credit doctrine, NC will accept a valid divorce in NE. Whether you had legal representation is irrelevant, as long as you have your certificate of divorce from NE, NC will honor it. Good Luck. :)

Don't take this the wrong way, but WHY??? Why on God's green earth are you jumping right back into the fire? Why is it that many males FEEL that they 'HAVE TO' have a girlfriend/wife? Holy sh!t dude, give it some time. I think that you're just in love with the pu$$y. STOP IT!!! Stop thinking with your dick.
When me and the ex split up I met the most WONDERFUL woman (or so I thought). I loved her more strongly than I ever had with anyone. I loved her so much it almost hurt. The relationship went okay for a while, then it turned to crap in short order. My girlfriend wasn't quite the woman I thought she was. She was a rebound. At the time she filled a deep need within me, and I don't mean sex. I learned that she was even more nasty & vindictive than my ex. I barely got away by the skin of my teeth. The thing is, I 'KNEW' that she was a fcuked up individual, she flew red flags left and right but I ignored them, why? I was in 'love' with her (or so I thought). After that fiasco, I was VERY picky. Stayed single for over 5 yrs. It was fcuking great. The most peace & quiet that I had in years.
Then I got married to an European woman. Good move on this one. We just had our 13th anniversary. Take your time dude, all good things come to those who wait.

you may get married as quickly as your divorce is finalized. call up the divorce criminal expert that represented you and ask him if the divorce replace into finalized. If definite, then you extremely can remarry rapidly. If no longer, ask him around while does he think of this is going to likely be, after which call him on that day to make beneficial this is on checklist.

In most states you have to wait 6 months after your divorce is final to remarry, but it varys from state to state. Check with the court house in the area where you want to remarry.

Yes you can, but what's the hurry. If is the right thing it will happen anyways so take a deep breath and say after me: I will get married when I am good and ready and not before!

Yes. As long as the divorce is finalized and you have documentation, then it is on the records, and therfore you're perfectly capable of marrying again.
