Honestly, so the guy was a hyocritical pedophile? Should our parties major agenda of world domination and antagonizing the world be impinged by this one little setback?

How can we turn this around and blame it on the terrorists? There has to be a way!

They are trying to blame it on the timing when asked why don't they ask the FBI who knew about it for a year they change the subject or ABC who I believe they were all prasing a few weeks ago for the fictional story of the lead up to 9/11. Like this would have been acceptable if we let foley molest kids till after the election maybe as they are always so proud of telling everyone that god wanted foley to take childrens pants down.

Compare this to the Clinton scandal. While the magnitude isn't the same - the overall principals ARE. So if republicans are pledging for this to stop and calling the attacks a distraction, then they have set themselves up for a huge double standard.

Foley's sexual preferences are abominable. I question the timing of this negative situation being made public. An investigation should be launched to determine why the democrats put this information out at this time. (less than a month until the mid-term election) Why was it not put out earlier to avoid anything happening to those boys?

Have faith...I am sure Karl Rove will find a way.
Heck...even Don Rumsfeld might be able to put a spin on it.
And worst case scenario, Dick Cheney will take a shotgun to anyone who doesn't buy into the Republican dogma of "do as I say, not as I do".

Well if you haven't heard, Dennis Harstert is trying to blame Democrats for leaking the Foley e-mails, guess covering his *** is more important than bringing Foley to justice.
