The internet can be a good thing or a bad thing. Ill start you off with the good things. On the internet you can fing any kind of information, play games, consist an email account (such as yahoo), IM (instant messaging), and visit millions of different websites.
But there is always a downside. There are some people that can use the internet for a bad thing. Such as pornography (porn), and people can put un wanted information on the internet. another thing is some people can use you internet uses to their conveinience. Some people (called hackers) can actually find a way into anything you but into your email, or into your computer such as personal information. If you put stuff like your full name, your adress, and what school/work you attend those people can use that information to possibly hurt you. But if you do not put that information in you should be ok. Thats why its good to stay away from sites like piczo, or my space. and if you do use it dont put any pictures of yourself on it and dont put any personal information.
The internet can be a good thing but it can also be bad so be careful!!

human problems stem from a lack of communication. the internet is moving us closer to a better means of communicating. at the same time it seems to reveal the clashing of points of view too. I think we will move frther apart before we come closer together, but i think it will eventually happen.
