None-- its certain just like death. In fact, in some cases you have to pay taxes after you're dead (e.g. estate taxes)

It has nothing to do with age. You will pay income tax always. However if your an underachiever you will pay little or even no income tax. But if you are what is best in our society and the human race you will be raped repeatedly by the slothfull sinners of communism.

None. The only exemptions are income-based.

Even dead people have to file a return for the year in which they die. I presume the penalty for failure to do so is severe.
