Texarkana, Arkanasas/Texas - i live there i dont need any info on it its just a survay

*Johnny Cash(my favorite) once played there at the municiple aditourium-it was in the movie walk the line-the movie was wrong it said it was on the texas side but the theater on the arkanasas side

I've heard of it and think I drove through a few times coming and going from the east coast. But that was along long time ago so who knows.

In "Smokey and the Bandit", Big and Little Enos Burdette paid Bandit and Snowman to smuggle a truckload of Coors beer from Texarkana to Atlanta in 48hrs. At least I think it was 48hrs. Classic 70's movie. That's pretty much all I know about Texarkana, Texas.

We drove through Texarkana on our way to San Antonio from Michigan and then back again. I actually found it to be a beautiful area, very similar in how our "up north" looks here in Michigan. Of course, your winter weather would be much better than our up north! That trip was 6 years ago, but I still remember it specifically for how pretty it was plus it is a fun name to say.

We have! I'm from Louisiana but far away from there now. We drove around in circles over the state lines a few times...We also have a picture with me in one state and my husband in the other.......hmmmmm...........I miss the south........
