Hey Shark...
Well both binocs are 10 power.
One set has 50 millimeter objective lenses,
and the other has 35 millimeter objective lenses.
the 50 millimeter lenses will collect more light and
give you a brighter viewing picture which is very
helpful especially at dawn and dusk. The real
thing to look at, however, is what will you be using
the binocs with? Are you planning to use them
with a tripod, or unipod mount? If so, 10 power is
okay. If you are going to hand hold the binocs, 10
power is a bit much because of your unsteadiness of
hand. 8 Power is much better for hand held, or
you might look at a Zoom Set of Binocs which go
from maybe 6 Power to 12 Power or more. That way
you could dial in what ever amount of magnification suits your present needs.
Single knob focus is a very neat feature, and saves a lot of messing around trying to get a sharp picture.
Pay special attention to the coating on the objective lenses. High priced binocs have a very exclusive lens coating that will last for years.
Last but not least, get lens caps for the eye pieces and objective lenses. Dirty optics are not worth a plug nickle.
Cheers,
Zah
