This evening I was walking back from work in a bad mood (as usual) and the mail delivery van was parked badly half on the road half on the pavement, as the guy was emptying the boxes up the alleyway. As I passed with some difficulty I twisted the wing mirror of the van (deliberately) as this obstruction only served to fook me off even more. Postman Plod sees me do it and comes running behind me giving it all the large attitude saying I busted the mirror (which I didn't) then he grabs my jacket and tries to stop me walking away so I turned around and cracked him across the face pretty hard with the edge of my fist. He fell over and starts saying he'll report me and how I'm in big trouble and all that crap. Do you think he'll get the police onto me? If he does he'll get a second helping I can tell you.

Nah, don't be worried. Just lock yourself in your house and when the police start knocking on the door, tell them they'll get 'what for' if they don't leave you alone. That should sort it and they'll go away nice and quiet like. Don't bother taking hostages (no one really gives a damn) and don't bother suicide threats (they'll only encourage you). Keep a big supply of cheesy Wotsits and Coca Cola in stock as you may be in for a bit of a wait before they toddle back to the police station. GOOD LUCK!

I don't think he can because he grabbed you first. If he does though explain what happened. If the mirror was busted you will probably be in trouble. If not then you can't be in any trouble. Also if he calls the police tell them he sucks at parking and this whole thing would have been avoided if he could park.

The Royal Mail always involve the police when one of their staff is assaulted. For some strange reason they want their staff protected from mindless thugs who lash out with their fists before thinking. Hopefully the courts will want to protect other postal workers and the rest of us from such people too.

If the Police come tell them the vehicle was illegally parked and you damaged your shoulder on the wing mirror as you tried to pass, you were then assaulted [his word against yours] and you defended yourself using "reasonable force" Just hope there was no CCTV coverage.

You must want to be someones girlfriend in prison, and have the need to be told what to do when to do it, etc. You need to get some anger management, lucky for you, he didn't spray you with pepper spray you deserved it. Why worry, you know what you did and you know what you deserve, prison. you werent worried when you were acting as a deviant.
