Gimme some points for arguement. (Thought I should rephrase my question) URGENT!

You always have a good signal with a land-line. Land phones are not as affected by bad weather. With a cell phone a strong windstorm could give leave you talking to yourself. Also, cell phones have to rely the spacing of cell towers, and how high up on the tower the relay equipment is.

All in all: Land-based phone are better all the way around,but they just are not portable.

100% clear line, anyone in the house could pick up a handset so lots of people can chat, instead of just up to 3 on cell with 3 way calling. if you are getting a call and cant find 1 phone you can just pick up another.

Because no one really knows the damge that cell phones can do to anyone yet. They could be like holding a microwave up to your head...My opinion.
