A question inspired by the fact that so many new musicals today aren't actually new at all...

AND WHY? Sorry, forgot to add this, I think.

Pulp Fiction.
It'd be in the style of "Rent" but with crazy "Spamalot" humor, the quick lyrics of Sondheim and the dramatic bloody action of "Les Mis"

Yeah... That would be cool.

Snakes on a Plane!

A mere echo of spam-a-lot, I think the actors would have a great time singing "snaaaaakes....on a plaaaane!"
Totally over the top dance numbers, spoofing high drama and disaster films. It'd be great.

Haha I would have to say Memoirs of a Geisha. They are supposed to be talented performers anyways, wouldn't the pretty kimonos in the musical numbers just look gorgeous?

"Cat on a Hot Tin Roof"

Since the emotions and passions in the play are so operatic in scope already, it would be easy to believe the characters bursting into song when mere speech wasn't enough to express themselves.

...actually, "The Crucible" for the same reason.
