Like in Fruits BAsket do u believe that Yuki eventually ended up with Machi K or that that was just in the manga and not in the anime?

Yep - the anime was just made to make money off of the popular Fruits Basket manga. Whatever happens in the manga is 'real', or 'canon' so, if Yuki ends up with someone in it, that really happened. (I haven't read past volume 6).
The anime still has a long way until it catches up to the manga (too bad it's over - I've heard talks of creating more episodes, but there's no solid facts on this).

I'd prefer the manga cuase it was the basis for the unfinished anime.
Akito is definitely a girl.
For your last question, it think it was just in the manga. The anime didn't give out who ended up with whom at the end.

Well Akito may look like a girl in the manga but he actually a boy.
