my best friend likes me more than a friend, and i'm not sure if i should give him a chance. he is nice and all but he acts a little gay(very gay), but i know that he isn't. i'm really confused on what to do b/c he is willing to buy me a really expensive present for my b-day(over $100) and i don't want to ruin our friendship, what should i do?

OK, so i talked to him about it, but he won't take no for an answer. and i asked my other best friend for advice and she told me to follow my heart, but i don't know what my heart says. is there any way to find out how i truely feel?

I know about not wanting to ruin the friendship... but that only matters if you honestly think you don't like him that way. You don't have to be sure about it, but you do have to know what you're leaning towards. If you think you might like him as more than a friend, then I would go for it. If you don't you could end up regretting it later. As far as the gift goes... If I were you then what I would do with that is talk to him about how you feel about having to accept the gift. Let him know that you think it's a bit expensive, and that you don't want this situation to ruin your friendship. Despite the fact that he wants more, he is still your best friend. That might be a little uncomfortable right now, but it doesn't mean you can't count on him. Good Luck!!! Hope I answered your question!

HHmmm well if he acts gay he must want to be around u alot..like for instance i would act gay as well even though i wasnt just to be around a girl i really like.. he must act gay to be around u..just give him a chance cuz its not cool to keep a guy waiting since what u say is true...give him a chance and see what develops..dont ruin it for him. By the way if he were gay he wouldnt be around u..like i said before give him a chance and see what happens.GOOD LUCK WITH HIM!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You can always find a Boyfriend...but finding a good true friend is hard. Maybe you should think about before making any decisions.
