Spray some oops on the window and either wipe off or scrape with a putty knife. Not to hard to do. Afterwords you will need a clean rag and some windex to clean the smears off of your window.

the old reliable razor blades!!however if the glass is totally covered with paint....easy-off oven cleaner can take layers of laquer paint of a motorcycle gas tank in minutes...no sanding or scraping!!!!
