My teacher was yelling at me cause my friend was passing a note to me and it was about her.The note said she was a crazy bi**h and she is she hits her kid and then tells every one like its a good thing. When she asked me who wrote the note I didn't and won't say she also asked me if I thought the note had reason to say that about her and I told her "honestly I think some one should beat you and see how you like it and than they should put you in a crazy home" and then she send me to the principle. Not that she really did anything to me cause this teacher always has a prab with someone but I have detention for about a week.

Ok, I know that you have a right to voice your opinion, and the teacher DID ask you how you felt, but there is a certain level of respect that should be assumed in the classroom. Teachers work extremely hard to educate their students (trust me, I am spending a lot of time and money to become one!) and they for this reason, and because they are your elder, deserve at least the slightest amount of respect. I know that in order to get respect, you must respect your students as well. As far as her personal life, if that was a concern of yours, there are much better ways to handle it. I have learned that as a student, if you want your teachers to listen to you, then you have to use the right registers of language with them. This means that you cannot speak to them as though they are your equal. They have the degree and they are in a professional setting. Next time I would recommend pleading the fifth or speaking with another trusted adult.

It isn't your fault, because a teacher does not have the right to talk about hitting children even if is her own. If you told this to another school official that she talks about this, then they would most likely talk to her about it. Look my father is a teacher, and I'm completley agaisnt people talking back to them, don't listen to one of the comments above saying you deserved detention, you didn't. But you should have talked back in a more professional manner saying "I'm not comftorble with you talking about this and it's a negative influence in the class room and it's disturbing the educational process" you say something like that I gaurantee you that they couldn't do anything to you. I hope everything turns out ok for you for the rest of the year! Holla Peace ~1~

You had absolutely NO BUSINESS talking back to your teacher like that. You deserved to get sent to detention. Whether she beats her kids or not is something you really don't know anything about, and for you to say that to a teacher in class... well, when I was a kid I would've gotten about 5 swats with a paddle for that, and I think you should, too! At the very least, I think you should show some maturity and remorse, and apologize IN CLASS to that teacher.

Your first-rate. I have seemed into it closely. I am 15 anticipating my first baby and the daddy simply became 18. If you're 14-15 the individual you're drowsing with have to be beneath five years older than you. So he will also be 18, however now not 19. The twist is that if your mothers and fathers desire to they are able to cost him for both an exploiting courting ( in which they feel he's making you sleep with him for a position to stick, cash, medications and so forth) or he's abusive in the direction of you.

Though I don't know if you should be getting in trouble for the note, I do think that the talking back bit might be justifiable.

If she really is hitting students, there should be documentation going on. It is illegal for teachers to hit students in the public education system. In fact, there are many stipulations about any student/teacher contact. I suggest that you document any abusive contact and speak with administration so that you can ensure that you and other students have a safe environment in which to learn.

Are you sure the teacher actually hits theor children? Have you seen the marks yourself? I agree with what has happened that you got detention. They actually let you off easy because in the real world this is called slander which you could get arrested for.
Anyways good luck and I hope you learn your lesson next time.

You deserve it. You don't deserve the privilege of living in this country. You need to straighten your attitude out or you're gonna spend the rest of your life serving fries to people at McDonalds. Enjoy.

I'd say you got in trouble for disrespecting your teacher. Yes. You really should be getting in trouble. Teenagers really don't know everything. Maybe you should apologize for your rudeness. If not for her... do it for yourself. Good luck and God bless!

You threatened your teach & you want to know why you were sent to the office...

You're lucky you were not suspended, expelled, or arrested for threating someone.
