I don't know where you will get new cogs.
But I have seen loads of these spirograph's at
Car Boots !! ... and Charity shops !!
Even if the odd cog is missing in a set... You should buy it ...very cheap.

you could try the company that made Spirograph to see if they could help you out.
if that dose not work try Ebay, or EBID.CO.UK
