oh and it hurts really really bad they took 8 centimeters of it

I had the same surgery. Use a heating pad on your hamstring to help loosen the strain you have. If you are in physical therapy still, this might just be some soreness you have developed. If you are months past the therapy and surgery schedule an appointment asap. Have someone massage the area to your comfort level. There should be just a little discomfort in the massage. If pain is out of control go see a Dr.

you need to go see your orthopeadic surgeon and see what he says.
