what? why would you do that? that would be going agiainst human rights AND it would be discrimination...not only that, but just to SPITE that law im sure the child rate would increase doble than what it already friggin is!?! as far as education goes...as long as the person is aware of how to care for themself as a human, i think it'd be fine. resources...if their poor off their *** and living in the street, then **** no they shouldnt conceive...but i mean, there's ways of getting food stamps and loans and help..anything...youth of the nation is highly important and respected as far as getting what they NEED.

I don't know that education and resources has anything to do with it but I do think people should really want to have children before they can bring children into the world.
This is what I'm thinking...there should be a chip or some sort of mechanism to prevent woman from getting pregnant until they are ready. I realize you can't learn how to be great parents by taking classes and reading books, but how is it that you have to take a test to drive legally, but just anyone can raise a human being? I truly think something needs to be done about this. I can't wait to have kids, but I know many people that had them for the wrong reasons and see their child as a burden. I think you should have to take and pass classes, and really want a child to have the priviledge of bringing a child into the world. With the way things are right now, children being abducted daily and school shootings, these things are happening for a reason, and if you look into the pasts of the "bad guys" they never had close relationships with their parents. We don't need anymore "accidental" children in this world. There are thousands here in the US starving everyday because the American tax dollars can only go so far and can't put food in every childs mouth.
I know putting in some type of chip or something like that would never happen because no one would let it, but honestly, something has to change for the children.

Having a child is a right every person should have, but, they should be qualified and understand what they are really taking on before another persons life is put in their hands.

There should be a law against asking questions like this .

Come on ... what's next just putting people out of their misery just because they don't have as much money as someone else .
This country is set up so that those who have less {education or money } are forced to remain exactly where they are , with no hope of pulling them selves out .
Mean while so called affluent folks keep throwing money away .
If we had more compassion and human decency we would all be better off !

Instead most of us are practicing hooray for me and the hell with you .

I don't think it should be a law to not have children because your education is not that high. I do think it should be a law not to have children if you cannot support them with the necessities and the emotional stability they need to have. I do think that a woman that has been on welfare for more then two years should have to get their tubes tied. Two years is plenty of time to find a job.

That's a good QUESTION, but are world would be empty. A lot of great inventors were born into this world poor. We wouldn't have lights if a poor young black man was not born. Be grateful that every one isn't born rich, nothing would ever get done.

well i think that is a good point, because i know i am damn tired of seeing all these poor *** people with 5 kids each living on welfare.. but i think thats why they bring kids into the world, because they are damn lazy and dont want to work and what a better way to get money than welfare.
