Hell with Them!
Kids can sometimes pull the "guilt" strings ie what about our friends, our life, our school etc...and they can make parents feel guilty about making such moves. However you need to and am sure you both have, looked at the long term picture. If Arizona is better for you to make a better living, have more opportunities to better the home, then go for it. However, do it at least at the end of the school year.

If you and your wife are having issues. Maybe you need to come to the conclusion that moving might be best for relationship especially if it's putting a strain on it. Then you also, have to think what's best for the kids.

I don't know- how long until the kids are out of school? If it's less than 2 years, why not stick it out? But if the kids are under the age of 14, then you might want to rethink your time frame.

I think that if you stay with someone do it for you and that person, not for the kids. I dont think they want their parents to pretend everything is fine if its really not. They would feel as if your marriage was all a lie, u know? talk to them and tell them you are having problems and that you are gonna try a little bit longer so they wont be surprised.

You are doing what you have been doing for years and years...the right thing for your children, no matter how old they are now. Don't fret, they will be gone before you know it...and before you are ready. Keep the peace if you can, dude. This is the time that takes all your courage and tests your strength..both of you.

Don't uproot your kids. You need to think about their happiness.
I am in a similar situation and I think I owe my child the happiness of finishing school with her friends.
