Nothing good will ever come of that. There is absolutly no way to truly close the door on the adulterous affair he had if he is going to leave his foot in it. He needs to wake up and realize it was a fantasy not reality. This "other woman" should be avoided by him at all costs. Even if it means new job and moving to a new town.
You may also need to do some "realizing" yourself. Pay close attention, I think your heart and your head have to be telling you something. Trust yourself. Seriously, trust your inner voice. You may need to begin preparing yourself for something you don't want to face. You're going to have to face it.

Why do you want to work things out with this man if he still wants to remain friends with the home wrecker? I would kick him to the curb!!! I hope this is just a joke and you are not serious. If you are you might want to see a counceler and see why you like to be a door mat.

No way. He has aleady cheated with her. ...there is no way they can be friends only.
My hb's married and pregnant(her husband's kids) lover broke up with him for a brief period. After 2 weeks, she wants to be "friends". After 2 weeks of being "friends" that share tea break, lunch and /or dinner everyday and reminising about wonderful memories and good times, they end up in bed again.
So don't fall for it. He have to make a choice and stick to it.

WTF??? No way!! That just means he wants to bang her again. You are baically telling him it is ok to cheat, well not leaving him is doing that also. If he was truly sorry he would never....never...ever want to be around the person he broke your heart with. The pain and guilt should eat at him so much he cant even stand to look at her...more or less be 'friends'. He wants a f***buddy, unless your into it.....screw the douche bag over, he deserves it.

Hell no! that is asking for trouble! If he wants to remain friends with them, then he is not ready to let go. And anytime you two have a problem, they will always be there ready and willing to comfort him. Tell him to choose between the sluts or his sexy wife!

If he trully wanted to work things out with you and to earn your trust again he would tell these other women where to go.
I'm sorry to say hun but it doesn't sound as if he is being truthful....why else would he want to keep contact with the women he had affairs with?

i would not under any circumstances let that happen not in a million years girl, i think if its possible to repair the marraige then go for it especially if kids are involved but you have to set boundaries and let him know you wont stand for it, men will only treat you how you let them and us women are a whole lot tougher than one may think, you lay down rules girl good luck wait did you say women like plural? more than one?

What? Are you nuts? Absolutely not!!! That's a deal-breaker. If he really wants to save the marriage, he will stay far, far away from her.

Bad idea, that would be like saying " I 'm an alcoholic but I still want to shop in the liquor store" . Who does he think he is fooling? The only way to beat temptation is to avoid it. Do not fall for this line of CRAP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If he does not brake it off completely with her, he will cheat again with her. Sounds like he wants his cake and to eat it to.
