Coolness is not easily acquired, most really cool people were always cool. They were cool kids then cool teens and then cool adults. Cool is hard to define. It isn't a list of items, more a state f being.
The easiest way to define cool is to give you my top 5 list of cool people.

1.Expensive designer clothes & shoes
2. Meanness to others
3. Dressing trashy or slutty---whether the style or not!
4. Rap music & the disrespect it spreads.
5. Cliques

You need to have some aspect of looking presentable. Don't dress like a hooker nor an uptight snot.

And everything else, just be nice and kind to everyone, which does not mean be a doormat.

Everyone will say be yourself, but don't forget that their is always room for impovement for your attitude and personality.
