I know that most states have laws concerning patient / doctor relationships. Plus what he is doing sounds like he's stalking her. Also this guy was supposed to help with helping her not upsetting her more about something new like this. I believe what her doctor is doing to her is just wrong and immoral. And if she is going through this with this guy how many other women has gone through this too.

Number one she needs to find a way to document what he is doing to her. Example see if she can get a copy of phone numbers not just long distance but all calls coming into her home number. She needs to write down what dates and times he has tried to ask her out and tried to kiss her.

After your friend talks to the police (yes she needs to file a complaint with the police) and the prosecutor's office.

She needs to call the state medical licensing board office in the state she lives in. They will also conduct an investigation which is why she needs to file a complaint with the police department. Hopefully other women he has done this to will come forward also. The doctor could also be punished by the license board like having his license suspended and or having is pulled.

Hopefully she can get this guy to back off.

Its not a law its a code of ethics that they are violating and the only thing you can do is file a complaint with the police to try and demean his practice and get his or her license taken away. By the way its harrassment and he could possibly goto jail for that because there is intent behind his harrassment!

Yes it is illegal. Just go to google or yahoo and type in (Your State) statutues or codes and you should get a search for the codes of your state. Look for it to say .gov at the end. i would call the police because that is illegal. You could call the better business bureau and I am sure they will call they police and have them investigated, but it might be easier with the police.

Yes, it is illegal. The law code depends what state you live in. My suggestion is to do a Google/Yahoo search on your state's board of psychology and have her make a complaint.

She can also request a restraining order. She may want to consult another psychologist who can help her through this.

Good luck to you.

Whether they desire to be approached, or left by myself is almost always the change among approachable and now not approachable. Anybody might be approached in a hypothetical concern, now not all instances are hypothetical even though. Most individuals decide upon up on while someone needs to be left by myself, and once they think like drawing near individuals, they almost always permit individuals recognise by means of drawing near individuals.
