Reset, while starting up tap F8* select SafeMode and then continue and change the password of your account after logging in as administrator

A pro will have a program like Winternals Locksmith that they can change the password with, but the program is expensive and the tech will be $60-80.

remove the power cable on the motherboard there is a silver battery remove that for 1 min put it back its on the bottom of the motherboard then put the pc back on and hey ur in windows dont ask for the password then go to user accout set up a new password and copy it to notepad then back it up on cd

Did you type a secret question on there to help you remember it?If not you may have to make a new account and just go in and change it then or go to safe mode F8 when you logg onto Window's
