A divided Ohio Supreme Court on Tuesday threw out a lawsuit that tried to reveal the names of donors to a group running ads critical of the Democratic candidate for governor.

The court ruled 4-3 that it didn't have jurisdiction to rule on the lawsuit filed by the Ohio Democratic Party on behalf of its gubernatorial candidate Ted Strickland. The court said state law gives that authority solely to the Ohio Elections Commission.

I love it.

"Sounds like democrats. Always trying to fix, I mean help, an election any way they can. " Democrats can't fix elections, and they haven't fixed elections...it's the Republicans who fix elections. And it would not suprise me if they (Republicans) fix this election.

But the people should have a right to know where ALL information comes from, be it from Republicans or Democrats.
