No its not too young.I am 12 myself! When I go out,i wear eyeliner ,powder,mascara,lipgloss and even eye shadow. Listen. Adults always think that you can do anything you want once you are a teen.But they are wrong! Contact me if you would like to talk to me about ur make up probs!

At 12 I would say too young for eyeliner. Maybe some sunscreen, a little powder, a natural shade of shadow, a little mascara. A light dusting of blush and a hint of gloss and you are set! Enjoy not dealing with eyeliner for as long as you can!! Play up your youthful glow! A smile is the best thing you can put on your face!!
PS-don't apply anything that you are not fully prepared to properly remove before bedtime! Take care of that skin now, it is all you get.

I started about that age.. im 14... But it depends how you put it on and how much. A little thin line of eyeliner plus mascara will make ur eyes pop... but i see people with the wrong color and stuff... so my best advice would be AFTER u apply your make up say " Mom does this look good? Or does it look skanky" She will tell you the truth.. and if she says your to young, listen to her. If u fight it it will make u look more immature.

hi I do think that 12 is too young for make up and eyeliner. Plus make up put holes in your face and i am sure that you are pretty with out make up.When u start to use those things to early then when you get older and is ready you would be tried of it. just take your time and grow up.

Its too young, i know every little girl wants to look pretty & be like a grown up but its too young ! Especially eyeliner.....maybe a bit of blusher & lip gloss at the most !!
Sadly it gives off the wrong impression !

i started wearing eyeliner and some lip gloss maybe some mascara here and there when i was about twelve, but only really if i went out to eat or the movies etc. just remember dont cake your makeup on because trust me people can tell if you do, and you should wash your face morning and night to keep your face clear and you wont need foundation for a while.

12 seems pretty young for eyeliner, but lip gloss is a good place to start. Skin care is the basis of any makeup routine so this is a good age to upgrade from the basic soap and water routine.

I think 12 is too young for eyeliner and mascara and powder and foundation. lipgloss is ok. I know you're in a hurry to grow up but believe me there's no hurry.

Yes, enjoy your perfect skin before you start clogging it all up with makeup!! maybe a little mascara. But eyeliner is tough even for older girls to put on so that it looks good. If you get a pimple maybe a touch of coverup. but thats it.

Yes it is too young for eyeliner, however I think a little mascara, a neutral blush and a clear lip gloss would be appropriate.
