It's not a stupid question first of all. With your feet or legs being tingly, it's just a sign of poor circulation. Wear comfortable shoes, not pumps. Buy some insoles with arch support.

I am nearly 7 weeks and keep getting sort of light pins and needles in my feet which doesn't hurt but is a bit unpleasant, don't think it is anything to worry about as it goes quite quickly

I dont want to worry you but as far as I know this can be a sign of pre-eclampsia although Im not sure if this counts in early pregnancy. Better to be safe and mention it to your doctor. good luck

Yes my feet did itch and so did 'the bump' which I scratched so much I had skin scrapings under my finger nails! It stopped the minute my daughter had been born though.
Good luck!

With my first pregnancy I itched very badly all over my legs. My doctor didn't seem worried, but it bugged me to death.
