Allaccess.com is a good site. It's for people in the broadcast industry but you don't have to be in radio to sign up.

Radioandrecords.com is another site that gives you format charts. Then you can search for songs via limewire. Every now and then you can listen to complete songs on that site.

Find a blog that has a new music area and you can find links to the new music coming out.
