The cheapest method is a test by mail, go online and search. You only need a sample from you and from him to compare DNA traits. But, just because he doesn't look like you doesn't mean anything. You said your daughter is the spitting image of you, so she doesn't look like her mother right.

You can get a paternity test verifying you are a parent at most labs. They cast a few hundred dollars. If you use hair or saliva you are able to do it from home.
If you are not the father, would you stop caring for your son? Is it simply for support reasons? If you love your child, the test results would not matter, and if they prove you are not the dad, you would feel horrible for a long time coming to terms with the information.

There are plenty of ways to have dna tested. You can get dna from the rim of a cup that a person sips from, from hair in the hairbrush, blood, body fluids and samples taken from the cells in the inside of the cheek.

If you are the father of those children, she cannot legally hold your children from you- you can sue for visitation with the kids. It is against the law to hold a child from its biological parent for no reason.

From personal experience, children who are blood related do not necessarily have to always look like their father. My oldest looks like me, and the middle child looks like his dad, and the baby looks like my mom.

With testing, their dads genes were indentified in them, as well as mine. So they are their dad's children. Even though they look nothing alike.

If you really want to have your son tested, I say do it, but please note that whatever the result may be, he is still your son and looks up to you. You will have to weigh that on your mind. Is it something that you truly want done? And what if the result isnt what you are hoping for? Would it be a good thing for both you and your son or a bad thing?

Get a strand or two of his hair, go to a lab and get it tested.
You can do it confidentially. The ex doesent haft to know.
If he isent youres, Is it really his fault? Does he need to know?

Do you really need to know?
isent he youre son either way?
If you waited this long why worrie?

You can order a at home testing kit also.

If you son considers you his father, and there is no urgent medical needs calling for immediate family, then why does it matter. You can't walk away form him because of something your ex did. Why take a chance on hurting yourself?
