Youre going to need a specialized video card with two outputs (2 DVI outputs (Digital Video Interface), and of course two monitors. The video card you buy should come with software to help you out.

Well - of course two monitors is a prequisite for having dual monitors. And no - I'm not stupid. You will also need to have a second video card in your PC. If you are running linux you can output to two monitors using zoetrope.
