like the mild form of beginning labor...usually just cramps and they can get kind of painfull...but don't worry...if they continue (if your experiencing this) then go to your doctor, usually they stop...

They feel like a tighting feeling or pain in the lower adomen. They will be irregular or regular and will stop when you change position. They can feel like real contractions, but if you get up and move around they go away.

It feels like your stomach gets hard and tight. If it aches, you are probably low on calcium. They should not hurt; mine never did.

mine felt almost like a grinding feeling in my pelvis. it was uncomfortable not painful.
