First of all, I'd like to know how you saw them cheating. Anything less than tongue-kissing, and you're drastically overstating things.
Second, do NOT tell your friend immediately. Confront the boyfriend with exactly what you saw. Don't use the c-word, but tell him what you saw and tell him you're very concerned since you know he's in a relationship with your friend. Tell him he's got one chance to explain himself to you, and if it's not good enough, you will tell your friend what you saw.
Third, again, you do NOT use the c-word if you choose to tell your friend about this immediately. Tell her exactly what you saw and let her draw her own conclusions. She may know something about the situation that you don't - if he's Italian and that's his cousin, even a face-smooch is perfectly harmless.

I understand that sometimes it is hard to get in the middle of A situation like this because your friend can react either way. She can be thankful and end the relationship with the cheater, or lash out at you and believe him. My suggestion is be a friend and tell your friend. If she doesn't understand and isn't thankful for the information you know at least you did what you could!
Best Wishes!!

The first thing you must have to do is to investigate of that girl.
You should have to ask your friend's boyfriend that whats a their exact relation between them.
I think there will be some another matter also.
Please check it out clearly and than you take any other step.
It might be possible that, your boy friend could also be safed by cheated by that girl.
May be.

Before you do anything, make sure you know what you saw. If you were a true friend you would let her know what is going on. Don't give her any advice, just let her know what you saw. If she was you're true friend she wounldn't get mad at you, she would thank you. Remember: A man is easy to replace, but a true friend isn't.

If you value your friendship with this person then I would tell her. If you don't then it should not matter to you. I found out a long time ago that just because you think it is a bad thing he is doing does not mean that she will. And, if she really loves him she will forgive him and stop being your friend because you interfered. So, think about it first.

You have to tell your friend. No question, as soon as possible, if you keep it from your friend, then you become part of the problem.....I've been there. Be there for her, let her vent. She may not believe you, but you still have to tell her what you saw.

Zip the lips. Say nothing. If you do your friend will be angry with you. She will eventually find out anyway. The truth always prevails in these situations.

Do nothing. Keep your mouth shut. Your friend will keep the boyfriend UNTIL she knows it's true and is WILLING to dump the jerk. Otherwise, you tell her, she confronts him, he denys it, she gets mad at you and says you're a big jealous cow.
:) Good luck!
