I like mine thick, juicy and cooked medium,a little blood not dry.And if it's a real steak cooked right no steak sauce,but if not Heinz 57.NO fat,I love the Porterhouse cut.

Medium to well done, marinated for at least 3 days. Nice and juicy...easy to take apart with just the slightest touch. That's what we're having for the rehearsal dinner next year for our wedding.
