If to an ipod connect via the usb connector and it will either automatically update or you can select to manually update the ipod.
If to a memory stick. Click on the track and keep the left click down. Then drag the track onto/over your memory stick drive. This will copy the track to your memory stick.
You can also export the track to your memory stick. Hilight all tracks, then file, export and it will ask you where you want to export to. Choose the memory stick

memory stick you just drop and drag- ipods- you select manually through the software on itunes or you can sync all music in which case it will try and grab everything that is a music file onto the damn thing. Ipods no good for me- gave mine to my niece- prefer plug and play.

you're unlikely to have the means to apply the iPod with the Mac until you reformat it. it could basically be formatted to a minimum of one form of working gadget at a time, homestead windows or Mac. in case you have no longer have been given each and every of the song on the laptop, get it there first. Then reproduction it to the Mac, reformat the iPod, then sync from the Mac.

You need a program that will install the MP3 downloads on your device. You need itunes, or http://www.raphsody.com or http://www.realplayer.com. So it can sync the music from your computer to your MP3 player.

I know this is a dumb answer but, you shouldn't download music for free. It is illegal and can be punishable by law. Just go out and buy the cd's and dont rip off the bands by getting their songs illegally and free.
